At Taavira, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may be able to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellation by Taavira

Taavira reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be issued.
